Coach Zeke

Owner of CITIUS | Sports Performance Coach

Coach Zeke is a sports performance coach with a proven track record of developing elite-level athletes from the youth ranks to the highest levels of sport. A former Division 1 collegiate track athlete, Zeke brings a deep understanding of speed development and biomechanics to every training session.

Working at elite performance facilities, the University of South Florida, and currently Orlando City Soccer Academy, he has coached athletes across the NFL, Olympic levels, and MLS Pro Player Pathway, as well as top-tier collegiate and youth athletes. Known for his detail-oriented, data-driven approach, Coach Zeke prioritizes efficient movement patterns and maximizing one’s athletic potential through individualized programming.

Coach Zeke currently holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration of Strength and Conditioning. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, as well as a USA Weightlifting certified coach, and is a current USATF and CSCCa member.
